Welcome to Mancub: a place to help you reconnect with your center, your roots, your innate creative spirit,  focus on your awareness through an exploratory participation in time and meter, and find your sense of unity with team and connectedness to others.  Our Rhythm based participatory events and Group Empowerment Drumming sessions fulfill the mission of Rhythmacology entrainment to increase Quality of Life, with a protocol designed specifically for non-musicians.

and sharing a rhythmical and musical experience. This experience
results in harmony, camaraderie and a feeling of wellness
amongst the participating population. Regardless of the group's
level of rhythmical expertise, your drum circle facilitator
will help guide, direct and orchestrate the group to its highest potential.
